To complete a necessary upgrade, our online/mobile banking platforms and branches will be closed starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 29 through Sunday, March 31. Online services are expected to be available by 9 a.m. on Monday, April 1. Branches will also open at 9 a.m. on the 1st. Our debit, credit, and ATM services WILL NOT be affected and you will be able to utilize them during that weekend. When will the system upgrade take place?
Starting at 5 p.m., Friday, March 29, through Sunday, March 31, 2019.
What services will be affected during the upgrade weekend?
Our online and mobile banking platforms will be unavailable as we switch over to this new system, starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 29 through Sunday, March 31. All of our branches and call center will also be closed on Saturday, March 30. We strongly suggest taking care of all in branch and online/mobile banking needs prior to March 29.
Will my Bill Pay and ACH transfers be affected?
Yes, any Bill Pay or ACH transfers (direct deposit, electronic payment, etc.) scheduled for March 30 and 31 WILL NOT be posted until Monday, April 1. We suggest scheduling those transfers prior to March 29 to make sure they are completed and posted.
Will I still be able to use my debit or credit card?
Yes, our debit, credit, and ATM services WILL NOT be affected and will be able to be utilized during the upgrade weekend.
Will Online or Mobile Banking change?
No, while these services will be closed during upgrade weekend, they will function the same and you will continue to use your same login credentials once they are back open.
Will my account number change?
No, you will still have the same account number.
