What is EasyVest® Investments?
EasyVest® is a robo‐advisor embedded into the Credit Union’s online and mobile banking system. The EasyVest® product and Access Softek Advisors are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Where can I find the link for EasyVest®?
Login to the Credit Union’s online or mobile banking platform. Click on the navigation bar and find EasyVest® Investments (below Bill Pay).
How long does it take to open an investment account?
It takes ten short steps. Investors will be asked about investment experience – None, Limited, Good, or Extensive. Once the account is established, the investor must go back into settings and add a beneficiary to the account. Ownership/beneficiaries for investment accounts are separate from the Credit Union account ownership/beneficiaries.
What is the required minimum investment deposit?
The minimum investment deposit and required balance is $200. It may take 3‐5 business days to view a new investment account and for funds to be transferred.
What are the types of Investment Accounts?
Investment accounts will be invested in securities and held at Drivewealth, LLC, a securities brokerage firm. The accounts will be managed by Access Softek Advisory Services, LLC.

How do I get commonly asked questions answered?
The ChatBot is the quickest and easiest way for investors to get answers to commonly asked questions. ChatBot is located in the little blue circle towards the bottom of each page. If ChatBot cannot answer a question, you can use the “Contact Us” e‐mail link at the bottom of each page. The email link submits messages to investsupport@accesssoftek.com.
How do I change the address or contact information for an investment?
This is pulled from the investor’s online/mobile banking account. This does not include beneficiary changes, which must be done within EasyVest® for each account.
What are the fees?
- The advisory fee is 0.6% per year of the account’s value, or 0.05% per month, subject to a minimum fee of $0.50 per month.
- Fees are charged on the first day of each calendar month.
- Withdrawal fees are $0.25 for each withdrawal, and there are no limits to the number of times you can withdraw. There is an ACH transfer limit of $110,000 per transfer.
- IRA retirement accounts will have fees for establishing the account, annual maintenance, and closing the account.
- Additional fees may apply but should be referred to investsupport@accesssoftek.com.
How do I close my EasyVest® Investments account?
An investor will not be able to close an account until it has been open for 30 days (or 30 days from the last investment date) to comply with anti‐money laundering regulations. Transfers might take 3‐5 business days for the deposit to appear.
Are business accounts eligible?
Business accounts are not eligible.
Are investment accounts insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund?
The National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund does not insure investment accounts.

The EasyVest product and Access Softek Advisors are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Must be eligible for Credit Union membership, and membership is required to participate in EasyVest Investment accounts. Business and minor accounts are not eligible. Must have a PSCU Checking or Money Market account with a minimum balance of $200 to participate. Once an account has been opened, it must remain open for 30 days. Some fees may apply for investment accounts with EasyVest.
